Welcome to the Recruitment Notice. At this stage the formalised
policy has not yet been established; check back soon for information
on what we need and what might be the right type of person
to provide it!

From
time to time we may have positions to be filled or small jobs
to be completed. We will post about these requirements on
our forums, and if you feel you are
in a position to help out you should let us know! Any work
you produce or efforts you contribute will be credited appropriately,
and if you seek a future in game development you can then
use us as a reference down the track!

| Compensation |

Unfortunately
Agency Software is unable to offer monetary payment to external
contributors. Work you offer us must be performed on a pro
bono basis, without expectation for monetary return. However,
if your work is a substantial contribution we may offer you
a position on our DevTeam, where you may be depended upon
for further contributions. This responsibility comes with
the privilege of access to internal development releases,
insider information and a voice in the future of the game's
development! Also remember that your contribution, however
small, will be credited and you can use us as a reference
in the future.

| Offers |

Generally,
we cannot accept unsolicited offers to help with contributions.
If you would like to assist us your best bet is to wait until
we post an open request for a particular piece of work. If
you would like to accept a role, post on the forums or write
us an email!

| Testers |
|
A
great deal of testing is required to make this game the best
it can be. We have decided to take the uncommon step of opening
up public testing at Alpha stage to gather feedback about
the game's direction and information relating to bug reports.
If you would like to help but have no specific development
experience, the simple act of downloading the game, playing
it, and posting on the forums about any problems you encountered
will help us!
