Respect netiquette: Lurk and get to know a forum before you post.

Keep the focus: Don't post comments or ask questions about things that have nothing to do with Starstrike, DBPro or their related packages, or software development in general. Topics about other related software or development processes are allowed, but don't stray too far.

Be nice. Respect moderators and each other. Insults and profanity (beyond a reasonable point) will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with another member turn to the moderators. If they can't help you, send a private message to Agent.

Do not spam. No blatant advertising. This is not the place to showcase your own work in process unless it raises a relevant point towards a topic about Starstrike et al.

No warez, crackz, serialz or other illegally obtained copyrighted material. Posting or asking for links to content of questionable nature on a site run by a software development team is not intelligent.

Posting images is allowed, but keep their filesize and their physical size down.

No cross posting. If you're going to post something or ask a question, do it in just one forum. If you accidentally post in the wrong place, ask a moderator to move it - or just delete it and repost it yourself.

Use a title that appropriately describes the content of your post. Don't use caps or special characters to draw attention. Most users read all new posts once a day.

Don't post just to increase your post count. This is just annoying, and annoying things are not going to improve your standing here, or probably anywhere else either.

The official language here is English. Posts in any language any moderator doesn't understand will be deleted out of hand.

Multiple account registrations are prohibited. We'll delete all your alts and your main, and then ban you permanently for your efforts.

Instructions from the moderators are to be followed without question. If you must question an instruction, the time to do so is after you've followed it. If a bad call was made, we'll fix it later; for the time being, just do as you're told.

If you misbehave, expect to be indiscriminately removed. If you do get removed, you won't be allowed back. Ever. We don't like people who ruin our home.

Moderators are exempt from all rules - we do run this place, don't cha know!
